The role involves end-to-end management of critical channels like Procon and Consumidor.gov, ensuring definitive, high-quality resolutions through active contact with clients primarily via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Responsibilities also include providing detailed input and drafting cohesive defenses for the Legal team in civil processes and highly sensitive demands.
Requirements
Candidates must have prior customer service experience, preferably in high-conflict scenarios, along with impeccable written and empathetic verbal communication skills for negotiation. A strong sense of urgency, analytical thinking to solve root problems, and the ability to manage multiple cases under pressure are essential.
