Analista de Torre de Controle Sênior

Monitor the operational journey from contract to delivery, ensuring visibility of key indicators and critical SLAs. Identify operational risks and deviations proactively, conducting daily monitoring rituals. Support management in crisis situations and facilitate communication between different areas to ensure demand evolution.

Bachelor's degree required. Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Control Tower. Strong analytical skills and experience managing indicators. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERPs like SAP or Oracle are essential.
