What You'll Do
Coordinate the maintenance team to achieve zero accidents, quality maintenance, and maximum operational efficiency. Control and distribute maintenance activities in the field and workshop, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Plan and monitor the execution of interventions on agricultural machines and implements, both in the workshop and in the field.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related fields. Experience in maintenance of agricultural machinery, heavy vehicles, and agricultural implements. Knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance, mechanical failure diagnosis, and technical problem analysis.
