Supervise quality assurance by implementing and maintaining a continuous improvement approach to processes. Provide constructive feedback and best practices while working with departments to ensure quality. Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs, and generate commitment with stakeholders. Analyze and generate reports on metrics to identify trends and recommend opportunities for improvement.

Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field, or 1 year of experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field.
