Core Responsibilities

This role manages full-cycle recruiting for technical and corporate positions, focusing on building talent pipelines, screening applicants, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The specialist will partner with hiring managers and HR to facilitate smooth transitions to employment and support onboarding activities.

Requirements

Candidates should possess 2–4 years of recruiting or HR experience with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, supported by an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Essential skills include strong communication, excellent organization, proficiency with Google Workspace, and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
