Senior Studio Manager

Source and screen top creative talent for open roles in the Western time zone. Manage and triage resource requests from across the business, ensuring timely and accurate allocation of resources. Conduct initial screening of candidates from the freelance pool to assess skill set and culture fit. Negotiate freelance rates and terms to ensure win-win agreements.

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Studio Manager in an advertising or staffing agency setting. At least 5 years of sourcing/recruiting experience in a creative environment. Proven expertise in attracting hard-to-find candidates in competitive markets. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

This is a fully remote position based in Colombia. Proficiency in English is required as the company operates globally.
