Solutions Engineer

Design, prepare, and deliver high-impact technical demonstrations showcasing the Kaseya technology platform. Partner with Sales Executives to identify specific customer pain points and engineer tailored technical solutions. Support the process from initial discovery and product demos to proof-of-concept (POC) coordination and technical validation.
What We're Looking For
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required. Demonstrated background in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Pre-Sales role. Familiarity with the MSP ecosystem, including tools such as PSA, RMM, security, and backup platforms.
What We Offer
