Lead end-to-end systemic and technological transformation projects, from process mapping to implementation, enhancing the logistics experience for Mercado Livre's suppliers and sellers. Act as a link between operational, commercial, and technical teams, managing business partners to ensure alignment and progress of initiatives. Manage area indicators and conduct root cause analyses in various logistics flows, leading proposals for solutions and continuous improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. Knowledge in structuring analyses and ability to draw conclusions from data. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL, with skills in Power BI and Artificial Intelligence as differentiators. Experience in project management dynamics from mapping to implementation.
