Analyze the potential value generation of innovation initiatives and improvement projects by developing business cases and quantifying benefits. Lead the evaluation and implementation of new technologies in mining and processing areas, ensuring integration with existing processes and systems. Monitor key performance indicators and manage the sustainability of benefits post-implementation.

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields. Minimum five years of professional experience in the industry, with at least three years in roles related to innovation, business improvement, or operational performance. Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SAP required.
