Tech Lead Java/Node - Inversiones

Scale high-volume financial products by designing and evolving systems that manage balances, yields, and transactions for millions of users. Define fault-tolerant architectures for sensitive flows, focusing on observability and incident response. Collaborate with external providers and internal systems to integrate financial ecosystems while ensuring regulatory compliance.

At least 6 years of backend development experience. Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in technical leadership roles. Strong proficiency in Java 21 and Spring Boot and/or Node.js (TypeScript). Experience with AWS and resilient microservices architecture.
