Key duties include managing facilities operations, overseeing maintenance contracts, handling administrative and financial controls, and coordinating office events and support initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must have prior experience in Office Management, Workplace Experience, or Facilities, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to manage vendors and negotiate effectively. A sense of ownership and the capacity to work autonomously are essential, with intermediate or advanced English being desirable.
