Product Growth Manager, Amazon Credit

Define and execute the growth plan for Amazon Crédito across the full customer lifecycle. Analyze revenue drivers, cost structure, and margin levers to identify opportunities for profitable growth. Build and manage the experimentation roadmap: design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize conversion rates.

Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams. Speak, write, and read fluently in English. Experience with financial services, payments or e-commerce.
