Core Responsibilities

The Personal Assistant will manage executive and administrative support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination across time zones, and handling correspondence on behalf of C-level executives. Responsibilities also extend to personal and household support, including errands and vendor coordination, often requiring international travel.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid U.S. visa and proven experience supporting high-level executives, demonstrating strong organizational skills and high discretion. The role demands excellent English communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility regarding working hours.
