Mid Support Engineer

Provide production support, continuous monitoring, and incident resolution for US regional applications. Write and troubleshoot SQL queries within Oracle database environments. Monitor and analyze server logs using tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace. Support CI/CD and deployment activities using GitHub and Jenkins.
What We're Looking For
3–8 years of relevant experience in Production Support or related technical support environments. Advanced knowledge of Oracle DB and strong SQL skills. Experience working with Linux-based infrastructure and cloud services. Knowledge of ITIL processes.
