Create and evolve user flows, ensuring the experience is intuitive, clear, and consistent throughout the journey. Contribute to interface standards and best communication practices, maintaining coherence across screens, messages, and interactions. Work with user data and feedback to identify friction points and enhance user experience. Document important decisions and contribute to the evolution of the Design System, particularly regarding communication and information presentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Interface, Communication, or a related field. Proven experience in UX Design, with a portfolio demonstrating processes, reasoning, and deliverables focused on clarity and user impact. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Experience with user research methods and user-centered design.
