Core Responsibilities

The analyst will be responsible for modeling, analyzing, and interpreting customer journey data to generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making across sales, onboarding, product usage, and support areas. Daily tasks involve analyzing data from various customer journey touchpoints, designing data models using SQL, and building dashboards to monitor key business metrics.

Requirements

Candidates should have a background in Engineering, Systems, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields, along with 1 to 3 years of prior experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis roles. Essential technical requirements include advanced SQL skills, experience using Python for data analysis, and proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
