Lead the preparation and review of filings 20-F and 6-K, ensuring technical quality and regulatory compliance. Coordinate the complete submission process via EDGAR, including assembly, validations, troubleshooting, and submission. Act as the main technical point of contact with Accounting, FP&A, IR, Legal, IT, and External Audit.
Requirements
Solid and proven experience in financial reporting, auditing, or technical accounting in regulated environments. Strong background in accounting closing and consolidation, including critical variance analysis. Advanced knowledge of IFRS and complete financial statement structure.
