Analyze hardware and software problems to diagnose issues. Perform maintenance on equipment, including laptops, desktops, and smartphones, ensuring functionality meets company quality standards. Install, update, configure, and uninstall software as needed. Conduct final testing of machines according to engineering procedures to ensure quality compliance.

High school diploma required, with a technical course in IT or ongoing higher education. Previous experience in IT activities is necessary. Must possess good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
