Act on financial due diligence projects. Support analyses related to transactions and mergers and acquisitions processes. Analyze financial, accounting, and auditing information. Organize data and prepare analyses using Excel. Collaborate with teams and clients from the United States and Europe.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance is mandatory. 4 to 6 years of experience in financial due diligence. Advanced Excel skills. Advanced English is a mandatory and non-negotiable requirement.
