Key duties also involve maintaining a deep understanding of client solutions, meeting KPIs, and communicating effectively with developers and cross-functional specialists.
Requirements
Candidates must possess excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Spanish and English (C1 level minimum) and have at least one year of experience in customer service, including omnichannel support. A personal computer with specific RAM and stable internet speed is also required.
