Lead the comprehensive growth strategy for Cashi, defining how to accelerate customer and merchant acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. Drive experimentation and continuous optimization through tests, campaigns, and funnel improvements. Lead multidisciplinary squads across Commercial, Marketing, Data, CRM, Product, Business, and Operations. Establish real-time metrics and analytics to monitor performance and adjust growth initiatives.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading high-performance teams in Growth or Business Development environments. Advanced knowledge of BigQuery (mass data analysis) and Office suite. Advanced English proficiency.
