Maintain constant communication with operational areas to ensure proper process execution and lead the team to promote a culture of safety and service.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or transportation, with at least 3 years in coordinating ground operations and managing operational resources. Knowledge of ground handling, contingency management, and aviation regulations.
