Manage and develop a portfolio of associates, presenting financial solutions tailored to their needs. Prospect new associates and businesses, maintaining active contact and promoting suitable solutions. Conduct visits to associates to generate new business and strengthen relationships. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations while maintaining accurate associate records.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Economics, Business Management, Financial Management, Mathematics, or related fields. CPA 20 certification is mandatory. Experience in sales and commercial routines, preferably in financial institutions. Valid driver's license (CNH B) and availability for travel.

The position is based in Novo Progresso, PA, and requires living in the locality. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and the role is on-site.
