Provide technical and operational support to field teams, ensuring alignment with partner companies. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities in telecommunications central environments, ensuring network availability and reliability. Monitor and control failures in mobile and fixed networks, collaborating with partners to meet operational indicators.

Complete technical education in Electronics, Electrotechnics, or Automation. Knowledge of transmission networks, SDH, and ETH. Experience with OTDR for fiber optic link diagnosis and certification is a differential.
