KYC Operations Associate Analyst - Business
WiseCore Responsibilities
The role involves conducting thorough Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews, analyzing customer activities, and ensuring KYC records are accurate and compliant with regulatory standards. Responsibilities also include transaction monitoring, periodic reviews, risk assessment, escalation, and filing Suspicious Activity Reports when necessary.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a minimum of 1+ years of experience in Operations, preferably in CDD/EDD/AML or compliance roles, along with basic knowledge of global KYC/AML regulations. Essential qualifications include excellent verbal and written English skills, the ability to make risk-based decisions, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to work in shifts.
