Core Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support to end-users, ensuring operational continuity by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network incidents. Manage service requests through the Service Desk tool and assist in the maintenance of IT systems and user devices.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field and at least one year of relevant experience. Candidates must have strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and advanced English proficiency.
