What You'll Do
Direct and monitor the workflow of operators, assigning operational load. Conduct random sampling of completed evaluations to audit compliance with operational guidelines. Identify process improvements and structure proposals for continuous improvement. Design and deliver ongoing training sessions for the commercial team.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields. Experience in financial risk evaluation, credit, or collections within the financial system, preferably in retail products. Experience in reviewing credit files and making decisions based on risk policies.
