Supervisor Estratégico Ruteo

Manage a team of over 60 people, overseeing shifts, breaks, and vacations. Coordinate last mile routing to ensure timely deliveries while optimizing capacities and costs. Monitor KPIs and ensure the team has the necessary dashboards for tracking. Lead continuous improvement projects in collaboration with the Product team.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. 6 to 8 years of experience in logistics or operations, with at least 3 years in team leadership. Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel, with basic knowledge of Tableau, Looker, and SQL.
