Welcome and assist clients throughout their stay at the unit, ensuring a personalized and welcoming experience. Manage the client base and hot list, promoting invitations to events that strengthen relationships and expand business opportunities. Act as a liaison between clients, unit staff, and specialists, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution of requests.

Bachelor's degree required. Ability to anticipate client needs and act with agility, ethics, and empathy to ensure premium experiences. Experience in client relationship management with sophisticated and demanding profiles is essential, with prior experience in premium environments considered a plus. CPA or C-Pro R certification is required.
