Core Responsibilities

Analyze, categorize, and prioritize change requests. Verify proper documentation of all changes and their alignment with defined processes. Prepare CAB meetings, including consolidating agendas and minutes. Monitor progress of approved changes and support post-implementation reviews. Ensure compliance with company change management policies.

Requirements

Previous experience in ITIL processes, especially Change Management. Bachelor's degree (completed or ongoing) in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of ITIL(R) Foundation (certification or completed course preferred). Familiarity with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow. Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure.
