Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, Engineering, Pedagogy, or related fields. Experience in Training and Development within operational environments, logistics, or risk and control areas. Proficiency in facilitating in-person and virtual training, analyzing indicators, and knowledge of Instructional Design and AI applied to learning.
