Governance Reporting & Analysis Lead Analyst - C13 - HEREDIA

Support development of standardized risk and controls reporting. Provide data analysis, governance, and oversight for Governance Committees. Regularly review and update risk and controls reporting standards. Assist in the development and implementation of controls training programs.

Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in operational risk management or compliance. Strong knowledge in the development and execution of controls. Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
