Conduct consultative sales of low-complexity credit, investment, and insurance products. Collect and update client data while resolving demands remotely.

Advanced knowledge of customer experience. Experience in sales and proficiency in digital tools. CPA 10 certification is mandatory. Relevant experience in remote customer service and mastery of digital service channels, customer journey, and financial products.
