Administer and monitor servers, networks, operating systems, and infrastructure services. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment and environments. Investigate and resolve technical incidents and problems, focusing on root cause analysis. Manage access, permissions, security policies, and system updates.
What We're Looking For
Experience with network switches (Cisco, Aruba, HP, or Dell). Knowledge of servers (Lenovo, Dell, or HP). Familiarity with structured network cabling and incident management systems (Freshservice, ServiceNow, or similar). Understanding of wireless networks, firewalls, Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
