Analista de Políticas de Crédito Sênior - PJ

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support business decisions. Develop and monitor performance, risk, and efficiency indicators for credit policies. Collaborate with partner areas to understand business needs and propose data-driven solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills. Experience in building and interpreting credit, risk, and performance indicators. Knowledge of credit products and data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
