Service Counsel Senior Manager

Conduct legal risk assessments related to new or evolving services, solutions, and platforms, including those incorporating advanced artificial intelligence. Identify legal and regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with various business areas. Support business growth strategies by conducting legal due diligence and risk assessments related to potential acquisition targets.

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment or law firm, preferably with a focus on data and artificial intelligence-related products and services. Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior business leaders. Experience in analyzing complex situations to provide risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
