Core Responsibilities

The Executive Recruiter will manage full-cycle executive searches for C-suite roles and board appointments, serving as a strategic partner to leadership on talent acquisition, market trends, and organizational design. This involves developing search strategies, cultivating relationships with passive candidates across Latin American and global markets, and conducting rigorous candidate evaluations.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in executive recruitment, with a proven track record of placing C-suite executives and board members, particularly within the Banking, FinTech, and/or Technology sectors. Essential requirements include exceptional relationship-building skills, strong research and sourcing capabilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
