Gerente de Supply Planning - MPS

Lead the MPS planning teams for Natura and Avon plants, managing production schedules and optimizing inventory levels. Convert validated demand plans into detailed Master Production Plans, determining volumes and sequencing. Evaluate production capacity and coordinate with manufacturing to ensure feasibility of plans.

Experience in team leadership and development, with a focus on performance management. Proficiency in production planning tools such as O9, Ariba, and SAP S4. Strong analytical skills in capacity analysis and supply chain synchronization.
