Senior Program Manager

Lead and deliver technical projects and programs aligned with business priorities. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables. Communicate project status, impacts, and recommendations to leadership. Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management.

5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes. Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent).
