Manage the business unit (Store or PAB), ensuring actions are directed towards commercial opportunities, customer service, and infrastructure. Drive team results and career development through training and capacity building. Supervise and assist customers visiting the store, ensuring an excellent experience. Manage NPS and daily sales needs, implementing improvement actions when necessary.

Certification CPA 10 – ANBIMA is valued, with CPA 20 or CEA being even better. A complete degree is required, with a preference for postgraduate qualifications. Experience in positions as a Relationship Manager for individuals or businesses is necessary. Must have experience in people management.
