Conduct market comparable searches, analyze construction/manufacturing costs, and assess technical lifespan and depreciation curves of various assets. Work on Excel valuation models using market and cost approaches. Write reports and conduct research on specific topics based on departmental needs.

Degree in Civil Construction, Construction Engineering, or Mechanical Civil Engineering (in the final year or in the process of graduation). Intermediate knowledge of Excel. Relevant internships in related fields are desirable. Intermediate English is also desirable.
