What You'll Do

Participate in the comprehensive management of the operating permit process with the Financial Superintendence of Colombia, from document preparation to coordination of tests. Manage interactions with regulators and judicial authorities alongside other company areas. Develop and support negotiations of agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners. Address daily legal inquiries to support agile and well-founded decisions.

What We're Looking For

Law degree with formal title and current registration with the National Registry of Lawyers. Proven training in Colombian financial regulation. Minimum of 4 years of experience in credit establishments, regulatory agencies, or financial regulatory matters in Colombian law firms. Advanced English proficiency (conversational and written).
