Consumer Relations Social Engagement Specialist (Portuguese & English)

Monitor and respond to consumer comments, questions, ratings, reviews, and product issues across social media channels within defined SLAs. Provide accurate, personalized responses using approved messaging and escalate cases when needed. Analyze engagement and content performance to identify trends and opportunities for brand improvement.

Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written). High school diploma required. Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly across different audiences. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
