A key responsibility is building a roadmap to transition execution from agency-led to in-house over time, including defining tooling and hiring support.

Requirements

Candidates must have 5 to 8+ years in paid/performance marketing, demonstrating deep experience managing and scaling agency relationships using Google Ads and Meta Ads. A strong analytical and financial mindset is required, with comfort in owning revenue and efficiency metrics.
