LumimedsCore Responsibilities
Appear on camera regularly across Reels, TikToks, trends, talking head, and storytelling formats. Partner with the Social Media Manager on scripts, concepts, and hooks before filming. Develop and test content formats fast, killing what doesn't work and doubling down on what does. Produce UGC-style and paid ad content that converts across the funnel and track performance weekly to connect content decisions to growth metrics.
Requirements
Proven track record of growing a brand or personal account with visible numbers. Strong UGC and paid ad content background. Naturally engaging on camera, not just comfortable but compelling. Reliable home production setup and willingness to work within FDA marketing compliance constraints for healthcare content.
