Requirements
Candidates must have at least 3 years of practical experience in cybersecurity, including knowledge of network architecture, access abuse analysis, incident analysis using MITRE ATT&CK, and log analysis, with proficiency in Python scripting. Essential soft skills include the ability to explain complex topics clearly to beginners, patience, empathy, and availability to dedicate 12 to 20 hours weekly, with B1 English and Spanish fluency required.
