QuintoAndarCore Responsibilities
Create and maintain dashboards and KPIs for the operation, ensuring visibility of business performance for leadership. Manage the integration process of new real estate agencies into the system, validating contractual data and ensuring data quality. Map internal processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements, taking responsibility for implementing defined changes.
Requirements
Experience in operations, business analysis, or project management with a history of handling data, processes, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with databases and spreadsheets, extracting insights and translating numbers into actionable recommendations. Experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar) for creating dashboards and reports.
