Advogado Sênior - Assuntos Jurídico (Regulatório)

Actively manage and defend administrative processes of a sanctioning nature and participate in judicial actions related to regulated topics. Develop strategies and defenses in judicial and administrative contexts, including drafting and reviewing legal documents. Conduct civil inquiries and negotiate TACs, while managing a portfolio of cases and coordinating external lawyers for procedural defenses.

Bachelor's degree in Law and active OAB registration, preferably with at least 6 years of experience. Knowledge in administrative, civil law, and civil procedure, with experience in regulated markets. Intermediate knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preferably prior experience in strategic/high complexity litigation.
