Especialista de Estrategia - Marketplace

Lead the development of strategic projects for the Marketplace business unit, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and maximizing value for the company. Monitor and ensure the correct implementation of projects from planning to execution, analysis, and subsequent action plans. Manage relationships with key financial entities in Colombia, developing the best value propositions for users in terms of promotions and discounts.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, or Growth, preferably in Technology, Fintech, or Consulting sectors. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Proficiency in English is required.
