W&D Capacity Planning Specialist

Design and ensure the accuracy of in-house logistics planning models to maximize infrastructure efficiency. Calculate and project the exact resource needs (FTEs, machinery, and positions) on a weekly, daily, and shift basis, ensuring a balance between capacity and demand. Identify bottlenecks in Inbound and Outbound operational flows and propose improvements based on productivity data analysis.

Experience managing logistics operators (3PL) is a must-have. Proficiency in logistics management tools such as WMS/TMS is required. Must have personal mobility to travel to different distribution centers.

Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days a week at the Distribution Center (Zona Sur), 1 day at the office (Nuñez), and 1 day remote. The company promotes a flexible work environment focused on agility and results.
